My dear Jodko, I cannot recall exactly whether you have translated and published in Przedswit my article Eine polnische Proklamation (Internationales, aus dem 'Volksstaat' 370). If you have, please send me another copy of Przedswit with this article; some Polish students from Vienna have asked me for permission to translate it.[1]
